RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started. Please note that we do not provide free returns.
Regularly priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit. We do not accept refunds. Store credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any Saltwater products (excluding select limited edition or collaboration pieces). All garments must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to be returned. This means no scuffs, marks, stains (incl. deodorant stains) with the tags attached. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please let us know at email@example.com.
We ask that you mail all returns in their original packaging when possible. We thank you in advance for avoiding the use of plastic packaging and mailers when completing your return.
NORTH AMERICAN EXCHANGES (CANADA / USA)
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expense. We do not provide return labels, but we will provide Free Shipping on all exchanges and store credits.

SALE ITEMS & ORDER ISSUES
All sale items and discounted items are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we are more than happy to process a cancellation for you as long as your order has not been shipped. If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us, we will not be able to cancel your order.
