All payments can be made using Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard Amex & PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD and all payments are processed in USD. All taxes are included in the price displayed on each product page.   

The exchange rate for purchases made in currencies other than USD are determined by your bank or credit card provider. Please contact your bank or credit card provider with any questions in regards to exchange rates.

CANADA

Orders under $500.00 will be subject to a $5.00 shipping fee and will be shipped via Canada Post with tracking (4-10 business days)

Orders over $500.00 qualify for free shipping and will be shipped via Canada Post with tracking (4-10 business days)

USA

Orders under $300.00 will be subject to a $5.00 shipping fee and will be shipped via USPS Express Post with tracking (4-15 business days)

Orders over $300.00 qualify for free shipping and will be shipped via USPS Express Post with tracking (4-15 business days)

UK, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA

All Orders will be subject to a $15.00 shipping fee and will be shipped via USPS International Tracked Post (6-10 business days)

MEXICO, SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA 

All Orders will be subject to a $20.00 shipping fee and will be shipped via USPS International Tracked Post (6-21 business days)

ASIA & SOUTHEAST ASIA 

All Orders will be subject to a $20.00 shipping fee and will be shipped via USPS International Tracked Post (6-21 business days)

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, USPS tracked packet, UPS or Fedex. We offer Free Standard Shipping across Canada and the US on orders over $300

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Please email us at hello@thesaltwatercollective.com to get the process started.We do not provide free returns.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS

Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for exchange or online store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Store credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any Saltwater products (excluding select limited edition or collaboration pieces such as the AllanaxSaltwater collection). 

All garments must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to be returned. This means no scuffs, marks, stains (incl. deodorant stains)with the tags attached. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please let us know at hello@thesaltwatercollective.com.

We ask that you mail all returns in their original packaging when possible. We thank you in advance for avoiding the use of plastic packaging and mailers when completing your return.  

You must provide our customer care team with a tracking number for your return. If you ship your item back to us without tracking and the parcel gets lost in the mail, then we will not be able to provide a refund or store credit. 

ORDER ISSUES & ERRORS If there is an issue with your product or have received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us at hello@thesaltwatercollective.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

SALES & DISCOUNTS All sale items and discounted items are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please note that all website sales exclude the AllanaxSaltwater Collection unless otherwise indicated.   

ORDER CANCELLATIONS If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we are more than happy to process a cancellation for you as long as your order has not been shipped. If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

HOW DO I WASH MY SWIMSUIT? We recommend that you rinse your suit in cool water and hang to dry after exposure to chlorine or saltwater. To wash your suit, add a small (pea sized) drop of gentle, non bleach detergent to cool water and gently massage. Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry in a shaded area. 

DO NOT tumble dry as this will compromise the elasticity of the fabric and deteriorate the suit.
