Returns & Exchanges


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any unused merchandise - excluding swimwear - within 10 days of delivery.  All sale items, discounted items and swimwear are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Returns made within 10 days of delivery will be refunded by the original form of payment. Please note that outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded. If you experienced a problem with your order, whether you received the wrong item or defective merchandise, please contact us at info@thesaltwatercollective.com and we will provide a prepaid return label.

To complete a return or an exchange, please contact us at info@thesaltwatercollective.com
, citing your order number in the subject title, and we will provide you with further instructions in regards to your exchange or return.

Please mail all returns in their original packaging wherever possible. We thank you in advance for avoiding the use of plastic packaging and plastic mailers in completing your return.
