At this time, The Saltwater Collective only accepts exchanges and no returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange your product within 10 days of delivery.
All sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
To complete an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include order number in the subject title, and we will provide you with further instructions.
Please note that outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded. If you experienced a problem with your order, whether you received the wrong item or defective merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Please mail all returns in their original packaging wherever possible. We thank you in advance for avoiding the use of plastic packaging and plastic mailers in completing your return.
